Thank you for stopping by!
We are thrilled to share these gorgeous real weddings with you and express our passion about giving brides and grooms an unforgettable experience during their wedding planning time. It is our gift to share with you: to take the stress off your plate, to anticipate your needs; to ensure you get the most out of your budget; to collaborate with the most reputable vendors; to present unique, personalized ideas that are new and fresh and keep you excited about all the planning details.
We design a very limited number of weddings a year, each of which take about ~450 hours of staff planning. We get to know you and your family, your likes and dislikes, what items are important to splurge on and ones you would like to be budget conscious about. Your guests will no doubt have a memorable evening and know how much thought was put into every detail.
As you will see in our photos, each wedding is truly unique to you as a couple. We are known for delivering sophisticated, elegant and personalized events filled with romance (and lots and lots of candles). Our weddings are published in wedding magazines and blogs, locally and internationally.

These last ten years have been a dream come true! Planning luxury weddings and events has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My love of details and design are evident in every part of the process. As a former art director in advertising, my experience with graphic design and styling gives our weddings that extra element of high-end design that makes us one of the most published wedding planners in the South. Being native to Nashville is also an added advantage, having worked with some local venues and vendors since my high school prom-planning days.
When I’m not working on your wedding, I absolutely love being a contributing writer to Martha Stewart Weddings, Vogue, HuffPost Weddings, Elle Décor, and BRIDES magazines. I’m definitely in my happy place writing about wedding trends, etiquette and lessons learned from my experience in the business.
I would love to chat and see if we are a good fit! xo, Sara
A little bit about me… I loved growing up in Los Angeles and worked in the entertainment and events industries before moving to Nashville to pursue my dreams of planning luxury weddings. Over the last 3+ years, we have planned the most beautiful, unique, and extravagant weddings Nashville has ever seen! Nothing makes me happier then seeing months worth of planning and plotting come together for one magical evening. When I’m not planning weddings, I spend my time outside with my puppy, Samson.
I look forward to meeting you! xo, Katrina
