  • For your convenience, we maintain a paperless office. Access to all communications, contracts, timelines, floor plans, RSVP’s, etc. are saved on a secure, custom planning site. Updates are made in real time and we all have access to the same files
  • Access to the most respected vendors in the industry, and assistance with vendor selection, including referrals of vetted industry professionals with the highest standards, getting bids, negotiating contracts (including advice on industry norms and excluding any legal advice), & finalizing details
  • Invitation suite selection & helpful tips on Guest Management, including how to avoid guests bringing uninvited plus ones
  • Assistance with booking hotel accommodations for bridal suite and out-of-town guest accommodations
  • Design & maintenance of a password-protected wedding website

  • One hour of Rehearsal Coordination, typically the evening before the wedding

Our weddings take hundreds of hours of planning time, and we know you are busy! We will research & vet your vendors, set up and attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and take notes & photos for you. Your contracts, contacts, budget, design elements, checklists, homework, guest list and other details will be organized on a personalized planning website that we will create and maintain for you.

Everything for your wedding will be stored here, so you have easy access to the most recent conversations, contracts, checklists, next steps, etc.

  • Your customized, comprehensive checklist with due dates, organized by categories: Bride & Bridesmaids fashion, Groom and Groomsmen attire, Beauty, Registry, Stationery, Timeline, Ceremony, Photography, Cinema, Catering & Bar, Cake, Entertainment, Transportation, Rentals & Décor, Florals, etc.

Calendar
  • Shows upcoming meetings, homework due dates & payment reminders.
  • Scheduled meetings will also be sent via Google/iCal, so you have everything on your personal Design Studio calendar as well, and so we can add reminders and add important notes.

Design Studio
  • Our own personal Pinterest board! We have all included 2000+ photos of our very favorite wedding inspo divided into categories: Bouquets, Ceremony, Cakes, Stationery, Guest Book, Food & Beverage, Reception, Tablescapes, Exit photos, etc.
  • You will also have your own Design Studio folders to save your favorite photos. We will share these photos with your potential vendors before you even meet them, so they will have an idea of your style and be prepared with ideas at our meetings.

Everything for your wedding will be stored here, so you have easy access to the most recent conversations, contracts, checklists, next steps, etc.

Here are some of the features:

Guests
  • Once your guest list is uploaded, we record RSVP's, entrée selections, dietary restrictions, children's meals, etc.
  • There are multiple ways to sort the data and export this information - for the calligrapher, catering, escort cards, etc.

Layout and Seating
  • After the RSVP's are in, guests can be assigned to their seats on your custom floorplan. This is a click & drag process from the guest list, so all guests are accounted for.

Contacts ("Vendors")
  • Your vendor information, payments, and invoices are stored here.

Notes
  • Our Notes are also divided into planning categories. We will take notes for you during our vendor meetings and planning sessions, so you can be fully present during this process. All photos (of rentals, linens, tasting items, etc.) will be uploaded to the Design Studio within 24 hours of our meeting.
  • We also have pre-made Notes with helpful tips we've acquired over the years regarding hotel room blocks, attire, music selections, vendor recommendations, invitation wording, and much more!

Did you know?
  • We are happy have the RSVP cards mailed to us and will update the guest list for you daily.

Translation: We love taking care of all the wedding day details so you can spend this once-in-a-lifetime day with your closest friends and family getting pampered in a relaxed atmosphere before you marry your best friend and then attend the most epic party as newlyweds celebrating your love.

  • Wedding day coordination with Sara & team
  • Bridal concierges assist with bridal party entire wedding day
  • FN Staff will be the day-of primary contact for venue and all vendors
  • Vendor assistance and direction with a load-in and break down
  • Set up of special event decor including escort cards, placing menus, guest book, favors, etc
  • Round up family & bridal party for formal photographs, maximizing photographer time
  • Liaison for all entertainment, including music, lighting, and emcee cues
  • Access to the Event Planning emergency kit.
  • Ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
  • Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception
  • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments
  • Orchestrate grand exit photo op, if applicable (sparklers, bubbles, confetti, etc.)
  • Deliver gifts & envelopes to trusted family or friend at the end of the evening

What we'll take care of during your wedding weekend:

Investment: $100k minimum wedding budget
Some invoices may be received post-event, based on, for example, beverage consumption, or services requested after the final invoices have been paid. We will review all final invoices, make payments with your permission on your behalf and obtain new receipts.

  • Budget finalized with any additional invoices.
  • Working with Fête Nashville’s PR team to submit photos to wedding publications.
  • Follow up with photographers, videographers, and photo booth vendors for your photos and videos.
