The Planning Process

  • Full planning service includes Sara Fried (Owner and Designer) as main contact throughout planning process.

  • We only accept 8 weddings per calendar year. Our weddings take ~450+ planning hours and we give our clients the attention they deserve.

  • Unlimited contact via email, phone, or face-to-face planning meetings

  • Wedding Concept, Styling & Design

  • Budgeting: budget worksheet and tips for maximizing budget

  • Access to the most respected vendors in the industry

  • Paperless office: all communications and contracts are saved on a customized and secure online management tool which includes a design studio, checklists, timeline, layouts, budgets, RSVP’s and all your contracts.

  • Vendor Selection: includes referrals of vetted industry professionals with the highest standards, getting bids, negotiating contracts, & finalizing details. Examples: Venue(s), Officiant, entertainment, catering, florist, décor, hair & make-up, staging, audio/visual, lighting, bakery, rentals, draping, photographer, videographer, transportation…

  • Invitation suite selection & helpful tips on guest management

  • Accommodations for out of town guests

  • Design & maintenance of wedding website

  • Custom Wedding day production schedule: every.single.detail.

  • Distribution of Wedding day production schedule to Vendors

  • Etiquette, Customs, Trends, & Traditions

  • One hour of Rehearsal Coordination, unless prior arrangements have been made

  • Translation: We want you to enjoy your wedding planning process! It is our pleasure to present creative ideas based on your vision and budget for you to choose from. Our weddings take approx. 450 hours (you read that right) of planning time and we know you are busy! We will research & vet your vendors, set up and attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and take notes & photos for you. Your contracts, contacts, budget, design elements, checklists, homework, guest list and other details will be organized on personalized planning website that we will create and maintain for you. 

Your Big Day includes

  • Day-Of coordination with Sara Fried 

  • On-site Bridal concierge assists with bridal party getting ready, ensuring an on-time start

  • FN Staff will be the day-of primary contact for venue and all vendors

  • Vendor assistance and direction with a load-in and break down

  • Set up of special event decor including escort card, placing menus, guest book, favors, etc.

  • Confirm that your event decor is created to your specifications

  • Round up family & bridal party for formal photographs, maximizing photographer time

  • Access to the Event Planning emergency kit: includes items that may have been forgotten by the bridal party or guests (toothbrush, paste, deodorant, mints, etc.); items needed in a pinch (sewing kit, wipes, scissors, tapes, stain remover, pins, etc.) 

  • Work with venue(s) to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

  • Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception

  • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments

  • Orchestrate grand exit photo op, if applicable (sparklers, bubbles, confetti, etc.)

  • Deliver gifts & envelopes to trusted family or friend at the end of the evening

  • Unlimited time on wedding day

  • Translation: We love taking care of all the wedding day details you have spent months+ working on so you can spend this once-in-a-lifetime day with your closest friends and family getting pampered in a relaxed atmosphere before you marry your best friend and then attend the most epic party as newlyweds celebrating your love.
